Once your claim is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If you are approved, then your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If Your order is canceled after
your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in
your credit card account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case
of cancellation of order either by Customer or the company.
In case of requests for order
cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order
cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
